MR. BABATUNDE ALIMI
MSc. (Housing), DIP (QS), FNIQS

Mr Babatunde Alimi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Charterbridge Ventures Limited. He is a 1992 HND Quantity Surveying graduate from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He is also a qualified Member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors, MNIQS, and plays active mentoring roles in the Institute’s activities at the State and National Levels. His interest in Housing and Construction Management inspired him to pursue an MSc Degree Programme in Housing Development and Management at the Prestigious University of Ibadan and he was admitted to the degree of Masters of Science in Housing on July 5, 2006.

He has attended various Management Development Courses at various times as part of Continuous Professional Development within and outside the country among which was his participation in the Executive Management Development Programme at the University of Manchester Business School, United Kingdom which was well attended by Top Business Executives from different parts of the world and was completed in June 2012.

Mr Alimi has core competence in Construction Economics, Construction Management, Project Management, and Project supervision at a very senior level from inception to successful completion within the budget.

He has over two decades of versatile experience in the Construction Industry spanning different completed projects and ongoing projects under his supervision namely:

  • Lagos Water Expansion Project (Contract 5 – World Bank Assisted)
  • Construction of Church Complex at Abeokuta
  • Branch expansion and renovation at Stanbic IBTC Bank in Lagos, North, and East regions worth over N500 Million at different interval
  • Branch Expansion and renovation plus new work at Union Bank Plc in Lagos, and Northern regions worth over N200 Million.
  • Branch Expansion and renovation at CITIBANK Apapa branch valued at N200 Million
  • Construction of PNS and Line Shops at Portharcourt Mall for Artee Group
  • Construction of Sahara Energy Bulk Storage Facilities Depot, at Lagos Airport for Sahara Group, Lagos.
  • Branding/Construction of PEP Stores in Lagos and South West worth over N400 Million.
  • Construction and Installation of Canadian Embassy Security Fence at Abuja, Nigeria.

 

MRS. ADEDAPO – AISIDA OLAOLU BOSEDE

She is a director in the company, she holds HND (Civil ) PDG (Civil) MBA HND (Civil Engineering ), PGD (Civil Engineering ), and MBA in Business. Administration.

She is a member of the council of registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), and a member of Nigeria Environment Society (NES). Engr Adedapo Aisida has about 17yrs Experience in the field of Civil Engineering which includes construction of roads & culverts, design laying of Pipes of various materials & sizes, feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents, e.t.c.

She was involved in the recurrent maintenance work which involved, the maintenance of 30 roads in Lagos state, she supervised FERMA phase II projects in Ondo State, She also supervised sanitary & drainage works in Lagos State.

She has various experience in civil engineering design, construction & supervision of roads, culverts construction, works supply scheme and structural engineering works from the following establishments.

  • Ondo State Water Corporation

MRS. TOYIN ALIMI

She is the Director (Technical). She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Architecture from the University of Jos, Plateau State.

She has varied experience in Architectural and Project Management from the following establishments

  • LSDPC, Anthony, Lagos Property Development
  • Multi-Tech Associates Architectural and Construction Company

 

Some of the projects she handled during these periods include Wema Bank Plc, Ado Ekiti Branch; HCP Farm Office complex, Ijebu Igbo; ICAN Students Centre Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, and various Residential Houses in Park View, Apapa, Magodo and GRA, Ikeja.
